Shopfitting of a new Subway Restaurant at the Metrocentre, Gateshead involved 105m² of priming, levelling compound and installation of Polyflor's Commercial Expona LVT flooring. All flooring works were carried out during the night so that other finishing trades could work during the day.

Old carpet tiles were stripped out and new sheets of of 6mm ply screwed down onto the existing floor. Polyflor's Expona Commercial LVT was then fitted to transform the space into a socialising events space.
